We are a family run business serving the Island for 33 years, still preparing and cooking Fish & Chips the traditional way.

Wholesale Fish prices are currently (January 2026) going beyond reasonable. Our menu prices, although way higher than we'd expected to ever reach, are still not reflecting the margins a business needs to stay profitable.

Please be aware of this.

We see so many negative comments online of customers elsewhere telling of  "being ripped off". They really aren't aware of how expensive Cod now is - it's dearer than Steak!

We would never rip anyone off, we're still not keeping up with what we should in terms of margins  but if the damage can be shared equally between us and yourselves we're happy enough to go with this.

On the plus side we are now trying to offer more varieties of fish to give you a choice. When available we're happy to provide a small sample of some of the fish for you to try - only available if pre-ordering, please ask at the time.

Please note - all fish other than Cod must be pre-ordered prior to us leaving base to ensure availability.
